Dr.B.Kaladhar v. The State Of Telangana
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.32917 of 2018 ORDER :
Heard the counsel for petitioner, and Sri G. Anandam, counsel for 2nd respondent.
2.
The petitioner herein has questioned the appointment of 3rd respondent who is a Dean of the 2nd respondent-Institution. 3.
It is not the case of petitioner that petitioner is a rival and is eligible to be considered to the post of Dean in the 2nd respondentInstitution. 4.
It is settled law that Writ Petitions in the nature of Public Interest Litigation (P.I.L.), like the present one, cannot be maintained. 5.
Since I am of the opinion that petitioner is not a person aggrieved by the appointment of the 3rd respondent as Dean to the 2nd respondent-Institution, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
6.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
