Heard Sri K.Madhava Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Agriculture(AP) and Sri Chintapalli Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 4 and 5.

The only grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is non consideration of the application submitted by the petitioner on 30.3.2015 for renewal of the license bearing No.520/2010-15.

It is submitted, during the course of arguments, by the learned counsel for the petitioner that despite receipt of the application, the respondent authorities are not passing any orders on the application submitted by the petitioner. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Agriculture(AP) for respondents 1 to 3, Sri Chintapalli Srinivas, Standing Counsel for respondents 4 and 5, this Court deems it proper to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the application dated 30.3.2015 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and pass

appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order strictly in accordance with law. Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
