HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.32969 of 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners is that the 3rd respondent is not releasing the mortgage deeds/bonds relating to the petitioners lands presented to an extent of Ac.0-39 guntas each in Sy.No.197 situated at Tadoor Village of Cherial Mandal, Siddipet District inspite of loans obtained by them for purchasing the said lands are waived off by the 1st respondent and not issuing clearance certificate to the registration authorities.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in similar circumstances, this Court allowed WP.No.24590 of 2015, dated 13-11-2015 by granting relief.

Heard learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3. In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the said order, this writ petition is also allowed in terms of said order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
