This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Sections 437 and 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code seeking bail in Crime No.617 of 2022 of Station House Officer, Panjagutta Police Station, on the file of the learned XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, for the offences under Sections 376 (3), 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 5 and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Heard Sri Nageshwar Rao Pujari, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri T. V. Ramana Rao, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State / Respondent and perused the record.

At the time of dictating the Orders, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Petition.

In view of the above submission, permission is accorded, this Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed as withdrawn.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There is no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
