This civil revision petition is filed by the petitionersappellants, under Section 115 of CPC, assailing the order dated 08.12.2016 in I.A. No.41 of 2016 in A.S. No.81 of 2014 on the file of the Court of XXVII Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, at Secunderabad.

Heard the learned counsel for both the parties. 3.

A perusal of the record reveals that in pursuance of the impugned order, Advocate Commissioner visited the suit schedule property and submitted his report. In view of the same, the very purpose of filing of this revision has become infructuous. 4.

Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file objections, if any, against the Advocate Commissioner's report, before the appellate Court. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
