Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the subject suit in O.S.No.2523 of 2010 on the file of the IV Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, was dismissed as withdrawn on 10.06.2013.

In view of the said submission, nothing survives for adjudication and accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
