This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 4th respondent in laying a temporary pandal (stage) for the purpose of celebrating Lord Ganesh Chathurthy festival on 13-09-2018 and though such obstruction by laying the stage in the approach road of the petitioner's flat by the 4th respondent was brought to the notice of respondents 2 and 3, no action was taken. Hence, this writ petition. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Home.
It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that Ganesh Chathurthy festival is now over and the temporary stage is removed and, therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous and no cause survives for adjudication. 2.
Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
