CVNR, J & TA, J WP.No.33115 of 2018 Dt: 09.11.2018 Order: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Habeas Corpus pertaining to the order of the 2nd respondent vide No.41/PDACT/CCRB/RKD/2018, dt: 13.08.2018, and declare as bad, arbitrary and contrary to section 3(2) Act.No.1 of 1986 and also offends Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and quash the same."

At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Home (TS), on instructions, submitted that on the advise of the Advisory Board, the detenu has been released from detention vide G.O.Rt.No.2048 General Administration (SPL.(LAW & ORDER) Department, dated 03.10.2018. In the light of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
