HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PULLA KARTHIK W.P.No. 32437 of 2011 ORDER:(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Services-I, appearing for the petitioner, has informed the Court that the identical Writ Petition i.e. W.P.No.31198 of 2011 dt.04-11-2022 was allowed by this Court and in view of the same, the present Writ Petition also deserves to be allowed by following the said order.

Learned counsel for the 3rd respondent has also not disputed about the said fact.

Therefore, following the order passed in W.P.No.31198 of 2011 dt.04-11-2022 and for reasons alike, this writ petition is also allowed. No costs.
