HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.15572 of 2014 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A1 to A3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.874 of 2014 on the file of III Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar, where the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance for the offence punishable under Sections 420 r/w 34 I.P.C.

2) The defacto-complainant and the accused in person representing through advocates are present and they want to compound the above offences. Having heard the parties permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace and permit to compound the above offences. Accordingly, the offence is compounded by invoking Section 480(2) Cr.P.C.

3) Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to C.C.No.874 of 2014 on the file of III Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar, are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled.
