Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. With consent of the counsel appearing for both sides, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

The present Writ Petition is filed with the following relief: "to issue an appropriate writ order or direction, more in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 3rd respondent herein in not taking any action in pursuance to the applications submitted through Mee-seva under application Nos. DER011600653821, dated 28-4-2016 & DER011600845606 dated 31-10-2016 seeking to fix up the boundaries of the petitioner land to an extent of Ac. 1.20 Cents in Sy.No.206 of Racharala Village and Mandal, Prakasam District even after lapse of more than seven months as being illegal, arbitrary and is in violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to conduct survey and demarcate the aforesaid land of the petitioner." 3.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in this case is squarely covered by the order dated 03.03.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.6690 of 2016.

Following the said order, this Writ Petition is allowed and respondents 2 and 3 are directed to cause a survey for demarcating

CPK,J WP_41424_2016 the lands of the petitioner by considering the representations dated 28.04.2016 and 31.10.2016 submitted by the petitioner through Mee-Seva after collecting necessary charges therefor within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the petitioner and other affected parties and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTI CE C.
