HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No. 631 of 2016 Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order in W.P.No.24035 of 2014, dated 23.09.2015. 2.

This Court disposed of the said Writ Petition directing the respondents to reckon the seniority of the petitioner in the cadre of driver, pay him the pay scale attached to the post of driver and also to pay him the salary in the same scale for the period from 15.04.2011 to 03.01.2012 treating the aforementioned period as "on duty". 3.

Alleging non-compliance of the said order, this Contempt Case was filed and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents produced before this Court a pay fixation form prepared on 19.09.2016 and served a copy of the same to the counsel for the petitioner. In the circumstances, this Court sees no reason to proceed with the contempt pro ceedings.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. However, if the petitioner has any grievance it is open to him to submit a representation to the respondents. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
