O R D E R

Alleging that 3rd respondent - Station House Officer, S.R.Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad, is interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent in respect of subject shop and threatening him to implicate in false case; the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, S.R.Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad, dated 27.09.2018, stating that based on the complaint of the 4th respondent, petty case No.HYD61PC18101581 under Section 70 B of CP Act, was registered against the petitioner on the file of 3rd respondent police station and that except registering the case, 3rd respondent never interfered with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent in respect of the subject shop as alleged.

Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.
