CVNR,J & GSP, J Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of habeas corpus, directing respondents No.2 to 5 to produce Shobana, the alleged wife of the petitioner (for short 'the alleged detenue') before the Court and set her free.

In pursuance of the directions issued by this Court, the police have produced the alleged detenue Shobana. She informed the Court that the petitioner has married her by deception and that she is not willing to join his company.

In the light of the view expressed by the alleged detenue as noted above, the relief claimed in this writ petition cannot be granted. 4.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. 5.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is disposed of as infructuous.
