Learned Public Prosecutor placed on record the photo copy of the case details of the subject matter and the same is made as part of the record.
From a perusal of the same, it is revealed that the subject case in the trial Court ended as 'contested-acquittal' and the sarne was disposed of on 24.09.2018. In view of the same, the subject matter in the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
