Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh). The grievance of the petitioner is that he has produced the sale deed before the 2nd respondent Joint Sub-Registrar-11, Sabbavaram, Visakhapatnam District for the purpose of registration, but the same has not been entertained on the ground that it has not been accompanied by the 'No Objection Certificate' obtained from the revenue authorities.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the 2nd respondent will receive the document presented for the purpose of registration and if he is not inclined to register, he will pass a reasoned order under Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908 and communicate the said order to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to receive the document produced by the petitioner for the purpose of registration and if he is not inclined to register it, he shall pass an order thereon under Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908 and communicate the same to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of submission of the document by the petitioner. No costs.

Consequently, the Miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand disposed of.
