Sessions Judge for SC-ST Court at Karimnagar, against the petitioners;
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Madas Bharath Chandra, Advocate for the Petitioners and Public Prosecutor for the Respondent No.l, directed issue of notice to the Respondent No.2 herein to show cause as to why this CRIMINAL PETITION should not be admitted.

A perusal of the charge sheet would reveal that, prima facie, there are certain allegations leveled against the petitioners herein. In view of the same, matter requires examination.
In the said circumstances, the appearance of the petitioners - A3 & A'4 in SC.Spl/150/2022 pending on the file of V Additional Sessions Judge for SC-ST Court at Karimnagar, is dispensed with till 12.01.2023. However, they shall appear before the said Court as and when their presence is required. In the event of failure of the petitioners to appear when the Court directs, this order of dispensing their attendance shall stand cancelled.
Meanwhile issue notice to 2nd respondent, Learned counsel for the petitioners is also permitted to take out personal notice on to the 2nd respondent - de facto complainant by registered post with acknorvtedgment due and file proof of service in the Registry trefore the next date of hearing.
