This criminal petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/ A2 and A3, seeking release in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.94 of 2018 on the file of Maddur Police Station, Siddipet District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 417, 420, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 67 of the ITA Act, 2008.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor representing the State in opposing the bail application and perused the F.I.R., bail application averments and Part-I Case Diary.

A perusal of the very report shows that A1 lured the de facto complainant with a promise to marry having enjoyed sexually for a long time and on knowing about she is pregnant carrying second month, he is refusing to marry and it is, at the support of the petitioners/ A2 and A3, who are parents of A1. Hence, there is a prima facie accusation for the offences against the petitioners/ A2 and A3 herein, thereby, they are not entitled to the concession of anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
