The learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case by dispensing with the presence of petitioners before the trial Court.

Permission is accorded and the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Further, the presence of petitioners-accused Nos.9 to 11 before the trial Court is dispensed with.

Miscellaneous petitions filed in this revision, if any, shall stand closed.
