THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.1720 of 2016 ORDER:

This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the respondents-defendants assailing the order dated 28.10.2015 of the learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ananthapuramu, passed in I.A.No.728 of 2015 in OS.no.124 of 2014 filed by the petitioner-plaintiff under Order XXXVIII Rules 10 and 11-A read with 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. By the afore-said order, the trial Court allowed the petition of the plaintiff and ordered attachment of the death benefits of the deceased M.Ram Prasad to a tune of Rs.5,70,000/ -.

The note of the Registry would show that as per the computer list, the afore-said Suit itself was disposed of on 23.06.2016. Therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision.
