THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.44430 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a crime and investigate into the same basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 16.05.2016.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that the Inspector of Police, Malakpet Police Station, Hyderabad, 2nd respondent herein is not registering a crime basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 16.05.2016 followed by representation dated 31.10.2016. Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the 2nd respondent is directed to register a case basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 16.05.2016 if the said complaint discloses any cognizable offence and investigate into the same and file a final report if any, in accordance with law. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the 2nd respondent, she is at liberty to approach the superior officer of 2nd respondent and also to approach the concerned Court by invoking provision under Section 200 Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO,J 20.12.2016.
