wp_24423_2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "For the reasons stated in the Affidavit accompanying the Writ Petition it is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature Writ of Certiorari by calling for the order dt: 14-03-2016 in O.A.No. 843 of 2016 on the file of Hon'ble Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad and declare the same as illegal, arbitrary, and contrary to law and pass such other or further orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 2.

After arguing the case, Sri T.S.Venkata Ramana, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to consider the case of respondent No. 1 and pass appropriate order as per the directions of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad in O.A.No. 843 of 2016. 3.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
