THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.33188 of 2018 O R D E R:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Pleader (Civil Supplies) for respondents 1 and 2 and learned Government Pleader (Home) for 3rd respondent. Having regard to the order dated 31.03.2017 in W.P.No.11497 of 2017, the subject vehicle is directed to be released to the petitioner on producing the proof of ownership thereof and the petitioner shall not alienate or encumber the vehicle. Petitioner shall maintain the vehicle in good running condition and shall produce the same as and when required by the respondents in the enquiry under Section 6-A of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 initiated by them. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
