ORDER
The petitioner approached this Court seeking the relief as under:
"to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3'd respondent in disapproving the admissions made by the petitioner by way of spot admissions of 25 students (21 Mech. 4 Civ) listed in (Annexure-A) into the petitioner college in the 1't year Polytechnic Course on the ground that they hail from outside the State of A. P, in Lr. No. POLYCET 2013/INST.SPOT ADMNS/ENGG/and D.PHARMACY / CONVENOR 1.8.2013 as arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional set aside the same with a consequential direction to approve the admissions of 25 students (listed in Annexure-A) into petitioner college in 1't year Polytechnic Courses for the Academic year 2013-14 and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. "
2. It is represented by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents that the cause of action in the present writ petition does not survive for further adjudication any more. 3.
Bringing the said submission on record, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
