This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in issuing the impugned notice in Memo No.2097/E2/2016, dated 10.11.2016, in appointing the person-in-charge, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
