THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 32968 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "For the reasons stated above, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction, preferably one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents-1 and 4 herein to arrive at an Inter-State Reciprocal Agreement relating to Stage Carriages in between States of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana including formation of the Route-Rayadurgam to Hyderabad (via) Kanekal, Uravakonda, Guntakal, Pathikonda, Kurnool, Pebbair, Jadcherla, Shadnagar and Hyderabad forthwith as per the provisions of M.V.Act, 1988 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent herein to consider and dispose of the applications of the petitioners vide R.Nos.4724/B1/2015 and 4725/B1/2015 dated 02.09.2015 respectively for the grant of one stage carriage permit each on the Inter State RouteRayadurgam to Hyderabad (via) Kanekal, Uravakonda, Guntakal, Pathikonda, Kurnool, Pebbair, Jadcherla, Shadnagar and Hyderabad as well as in opposite direction within a period of 3 months in the interest of justice."

Heard learned counsel for both the parties.

CKR, J WP.No.32968 of 2018 Having regard to the nature of controversy involved in this Writ Petition and without expressing any opinion on the entitlement of the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents herein to consider the applications said to have been made by the petitioners on 02.09.2015 and pass appropriate orders, if not already passed, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
