THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3593 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard Mr. Prakash Buddarapu for petitioner.

2. The plaintiff in O.S.No.297 of 2011 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kurnool is the revision petitioner. The application, I.A.No.760 of 2016, filed by the revision petitioner under Order XVI Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, is dismissed by the trial Court.

3. I have perused the order dated 27.06.2016 impugned in the revision petition. The trial Court was persuaded by the fact that the revision petitioner can certainly file certified copies and the prayer for issuing witness summons and production of documents does not satisfy the requirement of procedural law. I do not see any illegality or irregularity in the order impugned in the revision.

The civil revision petition fails and dismissed accordingly. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
