When the matter was called on 25.11.2016, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. As such, this Court directed the matter to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Again today, though the matter appears under the caption 'for dismissal', none appears for the petitioners. This indicates that the petitioners herein have no interest in prosecuting the contempt case.
