ORDER

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondentCorporation. The petitioner states that his father acquired land in an extent of Ac.0-57 cents in R.S.No.147/1 during his life time. A part of the said land was sold and the remaining extent is only Ac.0-23 cents. He further states that he is residing in a thatched house by paying taxes to the Municipal Corporation and also paying electricity bill to service connection No.116582G015000493. On the complaint of one D.Nirmala resident of ABSEB Colony, Visakhapatnam, the 3rd respondent issued a notice on 4.6.2016 asking the petitioner to submit necessary documents in support of proof of ownership of the property possessed by him. The petitioner states that he submitted the required documents, but no proof is filed along with the present writ petition.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that there is no evidence of submission of the required documents.

In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to submit the required documents in support of his title to the 3rd respondent within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As and when such documents are filed, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the same after issuing notice to the complainantD.Nirmala and after hearing the petitioner as well as the complainant and take necessary steps in accordance with law within a period of 30 days thereafter.
