Sri V.Veda Vikas, learned counsel for the petitioner filed letter dated 16.09.2016 before the registry seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the criminal petition giving liberty to the petitioner to avail all the remedies available under law. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to avail all the remedies available under law.
