JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B.Bhosale) Sri P. Pandu Ranga Reddy, learned counsel for appellant does not press this appeal since the third year second semester examinations got over in May, 2016 itself. He, however, submits that hearing of the writ petition may be expedited. Having regard to the fact that career of young student is involved, hearing of the writ petition is expedited. Writ Appeal is disposed of as not pressed. Miscellaneous petitions if any shall stand disposed of. No costs.
