HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI C.M.A.No. 555 of 2015 JUDGMENT:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) 1) The order dated 04.01.2017 passed by this Court reveals that the matter has been settled out of Court, but the learned counsel sought time to get instructions in that regard, as such, the matter was directed to be listed on 19.01.2017. However, when the matter was taken up for hearing on 16.02.2017, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent sought further time to get instructions as to whether the matter has been settled between the parties or not, as such, the matter was adjourned.

2) Today, when the matter is called, nobody has appeared nor is made any representation on either side. It seems that the matter has been settled out of Court between the parties. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this appeal.

3) Accordingly, this C.M.A. is closed. No order as to costs.
