HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.33032 of 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana).

With the consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not conducting survey and demarcate the land of the petitioner in Survey No.253 (Old Survey No.146 part), admeasuring Acs.3.11 guntas with that of neighbouring land in Survey Nos.251 and 252 (old Survey Nos.88 and 146 part) of Muttujaguda village, Moinabad mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the application seeking to conduct survey and demarcation was made initially on 24.01.2018 before the Revenue Divisional Officer - respondent No.4 and subsequently before respondent No.2 on 30.07.2018, till date the same are pending consideration.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that if the said applications are still pending consideration, the same may be directed to be dealt with, in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent - authorities to deal with the application dated 24.01.2018, made by the petitioner to the second respondent seeking survey of the land referred to above, basing on the circulars, which are being issued by the Commissioner, Survey and Land Records, Ranga Reddy District, from time to time and in accordance with the provisions of law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing all concerned.
