27.04.2026 SKS, J I.A.No.1 of 2026 This application is filed by the petitionerA.1 seeking to relax the condition No.6 (x) imposed by this Court vide order, dated 22.12.2022 in Crl.P.No.11230 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the directions of this Court, the petitioner has been appearing before the Investigating Officer concerned. The same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.

Considering the above, the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer, Asifabad Police Station, Kumrambheem-Asifabad District on every Monday between 10:30 AM and 12:00 PM till filing of the final report, is hereby relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before Investigating Officer concerned as and when required. The other conditions in the order shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the application is ordered.
