.....Respondents/Contemnor WHEREAS the petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, the above case through his counsel Sri Mangena Sree Rama Rao, praying the High Court to punish the respondents/contemnors for their willful disobedience of order dt: 05-10-2015 passed in W.P. No. 32346 of 2015 on the file of this Hon`ble Court;
WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing on this day and whereas the High Court upon perusing the affidavit filed herein and the orders of the High Court dated: 01-04-2016 & 29-04-2016 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Mangena Sree Rama Rao, Advocate for the petitioner and the Advocate General (A.P) for Respondents, made the following; ORDER:
"At the request of learned Advocate-General, list the matter after two (2) weeks in order to file an additional affidavit explaining the action taken for violation of the interim order dated 05-10-2015 passed in WP. No. 32346 of 2015.
The Convenor/District Collector is present in person and in view of the undertaking given by him for filing additional affidavit his presence is dispensed with for the time being."
