THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION Nos.11461 and 11472 of 2017 COMMON ORDER:

When these matters are taken up, Smt. S.V. Indira, learned counsel for petitioners, submitted that by order, dated 27.02.2017 this Court disposed of W.P.No.2531 of 2012 and batch directing that pursuant to letter, dated 15.03.2011, the Principal Secretary, Energy Department, State of Andhra Pradesh, shall issue instructions to the Chairman and Managing Director, APSPDCL, Tirupati, Chittoor District, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

Following the said order, these Writ Petitions are also disposed of directing that pursuant to letter, dated 15.03.2011, the Principal Secretary, Energy Department, State of Andhra Pradesh, shall issue instructions to the Chairman and Managing Director, APSPDCL, Tirupati, Chittoor District, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
