This Company Application is filed to permit the petitioner- company to convene the meeting of its unsecured creditors, to appoint Chairperson for the said meeting and to dispense with the meetings of its share holders and secured creditors. This Court by order, dated 24.02.2015 while appointing a Chairperson to convene the meeting of the unsecured creditors has dispensed with the holding of meeting of the shareholders and secured creditors. The Chairperson has filed his report, dated 13.04.2015, which is taken on record.
