THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE DR JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER Writ Petition No.11115 of 2017 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Sri L.Ravi Chander, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, would submit that the auction held on 23.03.2017 did not materialise as no person came forward to participate in the bid, and as the respondents would now be required to issue a sale notice afresh, the petitioners be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a writ petition as and when a fresh sale notice is issued.
Granting liberty as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
