HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.33064 of 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh).

With the consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not conducting survey and fixing the boundaries for the land of the petitioner admeasuring Ac.0.22 cents in Survey No.495/5 situated at Paritala village, Kanchikacherla mandal, Krishna District, pursuant to his application dated 29.03.2018, as illegal and arbitrary. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the application is made in the month of March, 2018, till date the same is pending consideration.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that if the said application is still pending consideration, the same may be directed to be dealt with, in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent - authorities to deal with the application dated 29.03.2018, made by the petitioner, if he is otherwise

entitled, basing on the circulars, which are being issued by the Government from time to time and in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioners and other affected parties.
