The writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the action of respondents in seizing the Renualt Scala Car bearing No.TS 11 EL 6628 without following due process of law.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-bank on instructions submits that the subject vehicle was already sold. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail alternative remedies in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
