This Writ Petition is filed challenging the enquiry report without any order against the petitioner.

In the circumstances, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition as and when an adverse order is passed against the petitioner.
