Aggrieved by the action of the 5th respondent - Station House Officer, Miyapur Police Station, Miyapur, Rangareddy District, in not receiving and registering the complaint of the petitioners dated 18.02.2011, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Miyapur Police Station dated 14.09.2018, stating that till date the petitioners did not approach the 5th respondent with any complaint and hence no action was taken. In view of the above statement made in the written instructions, no relief can be granted and it is open to the petitioners to make fresh complaint, if they are so advised, and on receipt of such complaint, 5th respondent to take appropriate action in accordance with law. With the above observation, writ petition is disposed of. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
