THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 30331 of 2015 O R D E R:

In this Writ Petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not providing him the police protection in pursuance of his representation dated 07.09.2015. When the matter was listed before this Court on 13.02.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner, as such, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'For Dismissal'. In spite of the same, when the matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

Today, learned Government Pleader for Home placed before this Court the written instructions dated 04.02.2020 received from the Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Gachibowli Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, and submitted that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, Crime No.190 of 2015 has been registered on 16.05.2015 and after completion of investigation, final report was filed on 30.12.2015 referring the case as civil in nature.

In the light of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.
