THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CONTEMPT CASE No. 2411 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up today, learned Government Pleader for R&B (A.P.), by filing his counter along with the material papers would submit that the representation, dated 04.06.2018 of petitioner was considered and thereafter, the Superintending Engineer, (R&B) Circle, Ongole, i.e., respondent No.3 herein, passed an order in proceedings No.2349(18)/CRF/PPP Road/AEE-3/201718, dated 26.09.2018 to the effect that the members of Tender Committee i.e., COT have accepted the decision of the Engineer-inChief (R&B) NH&CRF, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada regarding qualifying the bid of A.Venkateswarlu-petitioner for the work after re-evaluation of tender as appropriate and hence, issued necessary instructions to open the price bid and resubmit the tenders to the COT for taking necessary action.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that in view of compliance of the order of this Court, dated 17.5.2018 in W.P.No.17929 of 2018, the Contempt Case may be closed. Sri Sudhakar Rao, Ambati, learned counsel for petitioner is present and perused the proceedings dated 26.09.2018 and reported no objection for closure of the Contempt Case. In view of the above respective submissions, the Contempt Case is closed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
