CVNR, J & TR, J LAAS.Nos.170, 59 and 61 of 2017 COMMON JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) These appeals arise out of separate but similar orders dated 28.02.2011 in O.P.Nos.308 and 858 of 2007 and 393 of 2006 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Nandyal. 2.
At the hearing, it is agreed by the learned Government for Appeals (AP), appearing for appellant and the counsel representing Mr. K. Rathangapani Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents, that a Division Bench of this Court by judgment dated 21.11.2013 in LAAS.Nos.1 of 2010 and batch reduced the compensation amount from Rs.1,80,000/ - per acre to Rs.1,70,000/ - per acre. The learned counsel have agreed for disposal of these appeals, following the aforementioned judgment, by reducing the compensation to Rs.1,70,000/ -.
In view of the consensus reached between the learned counsel for the parties as above, the appeals are partly allowed and the compensation is reduced from Rs.1,85,000/ - per acre to Rs.1,70,000/ - per acre while holding that the respondents are entitled to all the statutory benefits on the sum of Rs.1,70,000/ - per acre. As a sequel to the disposal of the appeals, LAASMP(SR).Nos.8539, 8548 and 8536 of 2016, filed in the respective appeals, are disposed of as infructuous.
