The petitioner prays for the following relief: "..to issue a Writ, Order, or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in entertaining the document submitted by Respondent Nos. 05 to 08 pertaining to lands admeasuring Acs.1-32 cents in Sy.No. 102/1 situated in Piler Village & Mandal, Chittoor District as illegal and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent No. 3 to reject the document pertaining to land admeasuring Acs.1-32 cents in Sy.No. 102/1 situated in Piler village & mandal, Chittoor District executed by any person other than the petitioner after declaring that no document pertaining to the said land could be received and processed in violation of AP Rights in Land and Pattadar Pas Books Act,1971 and Memo No.

G1/17480/96 dated 08-05-2012 issued by the Respondent No.2 and declare that such document received and processed by R3 in violation of AP Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act,1971 and Memo No. G1/17480/96 dated 08-05-2012 of R2 does not have force of law , null and void.." The Assistant Government Pleader places on record the amendment of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books (Amendment) Act, 2016 and G.O.Ms.No.255 , Revenue Department dated 18.06.2016. I have perused the prayer and also the changes to Act and Rules. Hence, the prayer as made in 2012 cannot and could not be considered.

The writ petition is disposed of by leaving it open to petitioner to take such other or further steps as are required as and when registration of subject land is undertaken by respondents 5 to 8 or third parties. It is needless to observe that the Tahsildar enquires in detail and acts in accordance with law vis-à-vis the petition land. No order as to costs.
