This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.141 of 2017 of Reinbazar Police Station, Hyderabad. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 27.09.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, referred the same as "Mistake of fact" on 07.03.2019 and filed final report before the learned VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
