, I This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.l to 4 in restraining the 5'h respondent from making construction in Sy.No.964 ol Kukatpally of Ranga Reddy District in violation of terms of perrnit AS illegal and arbitrary, with a consequential direction to respondent Nos. I to 4 to pull down the construction made by the 5'r' respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. On the previous dates of hearing also i.e. i8-12-2023. 26-12-2021 and 23-01-2024, there was no representation on behal t'ol the petitioners.

3. In view of the same, this Court is of the view that the petitioners are not interested to pursue the matter.

4. Theretbre, the Writ Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to seek revival of the Writ Petition within the period ol limitation as applicable for restoration, in the event the cause in the Writ Petition survives for adjudication. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed. No costs.
