O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioners is that though no crime has been registered against them, the 3rd respondent - Station House Officer, I Town Police Station, Kurnool, Kurnool District, is calling them to the police station at the instance of unofficial respondents 4 and 5, and interfering with the civil dispute and pressurizing them to handover the subject land to the said unofficial respondents, at the threat of implicating them in false cases. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Inspector of Police and Station House Officer, Kurnool I Town Police Station, Kurnool District, dated 12.09.2018, stating that the 3rd respondent or his subordinates never called the petitioners to the police station, nor interfered with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents.

Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.

It is needless to observe that respondent No.3 shall not interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioners, except in accordance with law and also with the civil dispute between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents.
