This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed to quash the proceedings in FIR No.145 of 2015 on the file of P.S. CCC, Naspur, Adilabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447,506 r/w 34 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police have already filed charge sheet on 26.05.2016 and it was taken cognizance by the Hon'ble I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Mancherial and numbered as C.C.No.190 of 2016 and hence, the instant petition, which is filed for quashment of the Proceedings in FIR No.145 of 2015 on the file of P.S. CCC, Naspur, Adilabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447,506 r/w 34 IPC, has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition. In view of the submission of both the counsel, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
